I took my truck in for a factory recall, they dropped my truck off of the lift and service, caved in the side of my truck, I waited two and a half months for the repair, and when I got it back my tail light truck off of the lift and service, caved in the side of my truck, I waited two and a half months for the repair, and when I got it back my tail light fell out, my bed rail cap had no connections, they delivered to me with only one battery connected, the other battery cables were arcing off of everything underneath the hood. I would not do any business with them ever again, not to mention I would never even purchase a vehicle from them based on my very first experience. More
When I went back after I had a problem with my brake job, they put it on the rack to determine the problem and tightened the loose bolt that held the caliper to the brake hose, without me waiting long.
