First time using service here following purchase of Jeep GC. Just an oil and filter change but work done well and quickly. Long wait for service though - I can normally get my truck booked in with the Chevy GC. Just an oil and filter change but work done well and quickly. Nice and friendly until they get their money,, also they will say what they think you want to hear to get it. I try to avoid going to this dealership because of past negative experiences and the "Bro" culture vibe, but had to because I needed a key for my 2012 Ram made. The guy in parts had the key in stock and s negative experiences and the "Bro" culture vibe, but had to because I needed a key for my 2012 Ram made. The guy in parts had the key in stock and said it would cost around $80 for the key. So far, so good. He failed to inform me that there was another $90 "programming" charge, so I got a big surprise when I went to pay and check out. Cashier person didn't even ackowledge my complaint, much less address the issue. Never again! More
