Service needs some work. I’m not the negative Nancy type, but please put yourself in your customer’s shoes. In my situation, the Jeep recall was a 6 hour fix per the documents, plus a 2 hour fix for a sensor recall. I did all the right things, scheduled an appointment, was there early with the documents, always polite and understanding. After 7 days, after I had been real understanding and coordinated my own rides for everything, coordinated getting the kids to their things, and getting to work, but that was way too much. I shouldn’t have had to do those things for 8 days. The dealership couldn’t even come get me or drop me off at home since I was out of city limits. It was a 6 mile run to go get my vehicle. Do better to keep the days of a vehicle sitting while not being worked down, because those are days your customer can be doing really important things… from work to dad days with the kids. More

Technician work was perfect. Communication with the service advisor was poor. After drop off, could not actually talk to the service advisor. Communication was done via email. Ended up taking 8 days. Apparently, after drop off it takes several days before the vehicle is assigned to a technician. Once the tech had the vehicle was done very quickly and professionally. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, the service advisor was unable to find the keys. Had to wait while they were located. Be forewarned, the service work is good but communication with the service advisors is lacking. More
