I took my truck in for a factory recall, they dropped my truck off of the lift and service, caved in the side of my truck, I waited two and a half months for the repair, and when I got it back my tail light truck off of the lift and service, caved in the side of my truck, I waited two and a half months for the repair, and when I got it back my tail light fell out, my bed rail cap had no connections, they delivered to me with only one battery connected, the other battery cables were arcing off of everything underneath the hood. I would not do any business with them ever again, not to mention I would never even purchase a vehicle from them based on my very first experience. More

Very arrogant and unhelpful people. They gave back my car in a much worse condition than it was. The car shut down the next day after I got it back. And all this was after they charged me more than $559 just for diagnostics! When I dropped off my car with them the problem was the check engine light, but it was running well. But when they said they wanted another $730 to fix the problem which they said was due to the defective wiring harness, I said no and just asked them to rerun my car. When I picked up the car would not shift out of park unless I put a stick or screwdriver in a slot on he dashboard. And in spite of me telling them repeatedly the car did not have this issue when I dropped it off they would not listen and said it’s not their fault. And when I went home I discovered another issue which was not there - the engine would not shut down immediately after I switched off the ignition. Then the next day the car just shut down. And I had to call another mechanic and spend more money to get it back running. They are horrible people. So I spent $559 just to get my car stuck with more problems than it had earlier. They are horrible and I would advise people to never ever go there. More
First off, charging over $100 for a diagnostic is absurd especially when the repair didn’t even fix the issue. Your shop ripped me off. The $1500 I spent was a complete waste and in fact made my car have additional issues. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if my life depended on it. More
