Truck is still there. 5 days and not even diagnosed yet. Two days I called for an update with someone telling me they will call me tomorrow only to hear from no one. Stayed on hold literally 51 min before a receptionist picked up and told me “service r is busy, call back later”. Sent three text messages in 5 days without reply. Finally someone called me back and updated me that they still have not yet diagnosed the issue. I do not currently have a vehicle to drive. Most repairs can be completed in 5 days, yet alone 5 days and issue still unconfirmed…. More
I live out in the country, and it is a long drive into the dealership. I stopped by the dealership to see if I could walk in and get an oil change. I talked to the service advisor, Scott Potter.
