They told me I needed a new AC compressor at a cost of $2300.00. I took it elsewhere and was quoted a price of $850.00 if it needed a new compressor. After doing their diagnostics it turns out that all $2300.00. I took it elsewhere and was quoted a price of $850.00 if it needed a new compressor. After doing their diagnostics it turns out that all it needed was to recharge with freon and a replace fuse. Total cost $200.00. As you can guess I will not be returning for any service problems! I give one star because you don't give the option of zero stars. More

The service department is the absolute worse that I have ever been to in the 30+ years I've owned cars. I have taken my wrangler there several times over the past 8 years and everytime it's taken weeks to g ever been to in the 30+ years I've owned cars. I have taken my wrangler there several times over the past 8 years and everytime it's taken weeks to get it back and every time they fail to address the specific issue. For example, I took it in this time because I am getting horrible feedback in the break pedal on slow turns, but they wrote down something completely unrelated. So after several weeks of waiting they did not even address the issue. Also asked for a warranty inspection (gave them the MOPAR form I needed) and they produced a completely different and useless form. So I have to make an appointment at a different dealership in another town to get the warranty inspection so I can extend the warranty. Avoid this dealer at all costs. More
They took care of my problem. Brandon was great but he couldn’t get hold of the other dealership. I don’t think he tried hard enough.
