Specified tires low. Checked out and asked if tires had been checked. Assured they had been as part of service. Prepared to leave and low tire indicator displayed. They had our 2021 Ram in for repair for over 6 weeks. They kept telling us they were fighting with Ram about the warranty issue. In reality, they were down to only 1 diesel mechanic and let our work tr They kept telling us they were fighting with Ram about the warranty issue. In reality, they were down to only 1 diesel mechanic and let our work truck sit. We finally hired our local Ram dealer to pick it up and paid over $1,600 to have it transported back only to find the problem was bad fuel. Letting the bad diesel sit in the tank for over 6 weeks compounded the issue and now we are faced with over $20,000 repair bill due to Gainsville Ram's lack of solving the issue and their lack of candor about not being able to work on it. More
