Was worried about the qualifier the service writer gave me about air bag recall replacement. “We can’t be responsible if parts in your dash are broken during the install due to the age of the car”. My repair under warranty took 3 weeks, even though the correct diagnosis of "electronic throttle control" was immediately available through RamConnect. I was told that the technicians were unable to find correct diagnosis of "electronic throttle control" was immediately available through RamConnect. I was told that the technicians were unable to find the cause of the problem. When it was finally fixed (electronic throttle control!) and I questioned the service counter why they ignored the initial diagnosis, I was told that it took so long because they needed to verify that the diagnosis was correct. I was not offered a loaner or reimbursement of rental car expenses. Chrysler in the end did refund part of my rental car bill. I have driven a Dodge Ram since 1995, and this was the worst customer experience I have eer had. More

Untrustworthy,unresponsive, long far off maintenance appointment dates thats likely inconvenient to one vehicle families like mine. No can do after a few months of miscommunication on ordered delayed parts and understaffed issues. Afterwhile the amnesia seeps under the front glass doors of the dealership and noone knows what the trusting customer and buyer that thought to have purchased a certified maintenance checked ready to ride off the lot used vehicles. BUT NOPE! Jokes on me i guess! I hope no other buyer/customer of Gainesville dodge Chrysler and jeep of Gainesville feel like a butt of a joke like I still do with a lemon of truck to fix now!!! More
