It took almost 4 months to get my car fixed from the time I made my initial appointment due to the lack of communication and forgetfulness of the service department. Additionally, it took a week to even diagnose the problem a previous shop had diagnosed in <1 hr, causing me to spend ~$700 on a rental car (since they don't offer loaner vehicles). Additionally, I was told a part was back ordered for two months - turns out, it wasn't ordered in the first place. Once it was, my car was fixed in less than a week. If I could have gotten the issue fixed anywhere else, I would have. Unfortunately, it was an issue only an authorized dealer could address. More
