I was asked to change my appointment in mid May to after Labor Day due to increased volume around the holiday. I was told that instead of 2-3 days that the dealership would need to keep my car for 5-6 days Labor Day due to increased volume around the holiday. I was happy to accommodate and move my appointment to the Monday following the Labor Day weekend. I dropped my car off Sunday, only after speaking with someone to confirm that it would take 2 to 3 days for scheduled work, as I needed my car at the end of the week. I dropped my car off and spoke with someone again at 7:30 Monday to go over the work that was needed on the car and confirm, again, that 2 to 3 days was sufficient. I was very clear that I was leaving town Friday and needed my car on Thursday. on Tuesday, I had not heard anything, so I called, the end of the second day. The person I spoke with indicated that the technician had been out all day and that she was unsure of how far they had gotten if any at all had been initiated. She told me that she would call me by 10 o’clock the next morning, asking for the three hour window in the morning to be sure that it was clear how much time would be needed. I asked her at that point whether it would be possible to get a loaner car or have the dealership pay for a rental if the car would not be ready by Wednesday. She indicated that she would speak with a manager and circle back to me by 10 AM on Wednesday. I had not heard anything by mid afternoon on Wednesday and so I called again, only to find out that she doesn’t work on Wednesdays and no one there knew about our conversation from the day before. at that point I had to rent a car on my own for Thursday evening to ensure I could be out of town on Friday. On Thursday morning, the associate called me, apologetically, but confirmed that the car would be ready that afternoon. Given other obligations, I was unable to cancel my rental car reservation, which ended up working out well because Thursday afternoon I was contacted by the dealership notifying me that it would not be ready until Friday. In the end, the dealership had my car for six days. Five full days I was assured the whole time that it would take 2 to 3 days and then communication was very bad. Everyone at the dealership was kind and polite, but communication was horrible and it was very frustrating to not have a car despite careful planning. More

He then asked if I needed any more assistance and I said my car may be due for service. After checking the records, he found it was a few weeks past due and he also immediately checked for when it could be done. It was done promptly and professionally. I can’t thank you enough for your help and would recommend your dealership highly. More

Customer service is always great. Had my truck for 6 weeks and when I finally got it back. Was fixed upon return but so much negligence by tech on this trip. More
