I like the service center at Gainesville Dodge. However, my truck has the lifetime powertrain warranty and due to the service writer not writing the words "Lifetime powertrain Inspection on the inv However, my truck has the lifetime powertrain warranty and due to the service writer not writing the words "Lifetime powertrain Inspection on the invoice in 2022, I lost the warranty. I am in the process of getting it re-instated, but had to pay a $2000 repair bill due to this error. I discovered this while doing the re-inspection Chrysler requires to reinstate the warranty. Scott failed to write the correct words, and I have to go back and get an invoice from him with the correct words. I know it is corporate, trying to find excuses to cancel warranties. But you may wish to train the service writers on the proper words for the lifetime warranty inspection. Scott has been great helping me with this issue and he was not the service writer in 2022. Other than this issue, the service center has been great and I have had no other issues. They have done all the work on my Dodge Ram since 2009 More
