Overall I was very satisfied with the way the dealership handled this and made me a satisfied customer on my second ram limited in 30 days. This is my third vehicle from Stravensky and he works real hard. N handled this and made me a satisfied customer on my second ram limited in 30 days. This is my third vehicle from Stravensky and he works real hard. Now my complaint is with the parts guy that Stravensky brought out tho talk to me about putting electric trailer brakes in truck (this limited should have had it) told me that I could not install a factory electric brake that i was willing to pay for. So i checked around and it is a easy install. Either your parts guy is lazy or just does not know his job. After spending 225,000 thousand dollars in one year with Gainesville Dodge,Ram I think i should have got a better answer then that. More
