I try to avoid going to this dealership because of past negative experiences and the "Bro" culture vibe, but had to because I needed a key for my 2012 Ram made. The guy in parts had the key in stock and s negative experiences and the "Bro" culture vibe, but had to because I needed a key for my 2012 Ram made. The guy in parts had the key in stock and said it would cost around $80 for the key. So far, so good. He failed to inform me that there was another $90 "programming" charge, so I got a big surprise when I went to pay and check out. Cashier person didn't even ackowledge my complaint, much less address the issue. Never again! More

On several occasions now I have been well pleased with your service writer named Phoenix. She has helped me with service and repairs for my '18 Rubicon and even got the repairs covered by under my warrant your service writer named Phoenix.
