Nothing coordinated via "dealer make ready". Waited over 4.5 hours for the car to be made ready, While waiting others in the room were waiting for oil changes to be completed .... comment I he Waited over 4.5 hours for the car to be made ready, While waiting others in the room were waiting for oil changes to be completed .... comment I hears was Jiffy Lube wouldn't keep me waiting 2 hours. I had to ask and ask for status on work to be completed (on my NEW 2025 Van) just to be told it was on the way (a couple of times), but on the way never arrived. Bottom line, I was told the job would take approximately 30 - 60 minutes to complete, This was the 4.5 hours I waited (for the 30 - 60 minutes job). BTW, I purchased the BEST service option. Now I wonder ....... More

Appreciate the dealer getting my disabled car in at last minute, but the Thermostat was put in backwards and the car overheated 10 days later, which caused me to have to have the care towed to the Cape Cora minute, but the Thermostat was put in backwards and the car overheated 10 days later, which caused me to have to have the care towed to the Cape Coral Jeep dealership, where they had to replace it again and had the car for 3 additional days.
