I texted Stravensky, who I purchased my Jeep with, about a screw I found in my tire. I came in an hour later and waited 15-20 minutes and then I was back out on the road. They are Scammers. They put me in a vehicle financed by Chrysler Capital. Mr. Raymond called me back a week later (Monday to Monday) with a lie about unsigned documents. Once I arrived Mr. Raymond proceeded to take me outside to show me a small Jeep brand vehicle. At this point I asked why are you showing me another vehicle when I already have one and I didn't like anything about it . He stated the finance company felt it would be better to finance a new 0 mile vehicle. Once back inside Mr. Cedric comes to the deck only to tell me that my payment is going up almost $100.00 because they financed me based on a pre-approval but since submitted the company declined to offer coming back with my APR from 9.99% to 18.34% my payments went from ($553.54 to $687.36). Also Mr. Cedric, the general manager promised me a no payment deal for a month and half so that I will have time to refinance for a lower APR only for Mr. Cedric the general manager not to make good on his promise. Then Mr. Cedric stated they can give me some $700 monthly payment but when I looked at the "WE OWE" document it stated "$700 refund for Hitch". Mr. Cedric also made it seem as if my trade in vehicles was no longer available and the check was already cut and sent to Capital One for them to pay off. I felt like my back was against the wall. My experience was superb from the second I walked in the moment I left. De’jour paulin was extremely knowledgeable about all the question and made sure I felt comfortable and happy with my choice. Brought 2011 Dakota truck in for Blend Door replacement to fix defroster. Required dash removal for a Total bill of $999.80. Picked up truck on Thursday & drove 20 miles home on SR 26 (60 mph). Friday went to fix defroster. Required dash removal for a Total bill of $999.80. Picked up truck on Thursday & drove 20 miles home on SR 26 (60 mph). Friday went to Melrose about 4 miles away, started to return home and STEERING FAILED coming out of restaurant driveway. Had truck towed back to GNV Service for $165 tow fee, plus $186 diagnostic fee. Truck ready on Monday when they told me that Service Technician FAILED TO RECONNECT STEERING ROD. This absolutely stunned me. If this had happened on the highway, it could have been FATAL. The dealership refunded my diagnostic fee and didn't charge me to reconnect the steering rod. How should I rate the service? They did fix my defroster problem, but the mistake with the steering was serious and still has me shaken. I have not contacted the Service Manager yet. Should the technician lose his job? If I had died in a crash, or taken someone else's life in a crash, would the dealership be liable? Would the accident investigator be able to determine the cause of the crash? I don't know what to do yet. More
