If ZERO STARS was an option, that would be my choice! !!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND this dealership under ANY circumstance!!!! I did this online following the instructions on the postcard sent to my home from THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. Upon arrival on 8/19/2023 (1.5 hours away) I am informed that the parts are unavailable to complete the service. The location opens at 8:00AM, yet they did not call and notify me. They claim they did not have a phone number, which is a BOLD FACE LIE because I received a confirmation phone call from this location confirming my appointment. I have also received multiple text reminders and emails from them regarding this appointment. They have no care for their customers and have nothing to offer in return for the 3 hours of time I spent traveling to and from their dealership. This place of service IS A JOKE!!!!! More
