I have nothing but great things to say about Brian Joyce and the entire team at Mansfield Buick GMC. I never thought I would drive 7 hours round trip to purchase a vehicle, but Mansfield Buick GMC had the and the entire team at Mansfield Buick GMC. I never thought I would drive 7 hours round trip to purchase a vehicle, but Mansfield Buick GMC had the one used vehicle in the exact make and model that my wife and I were looking for. I would argue that there are not many people more picky than myself when it comes to expectations I have of a dealership team in order for me to give them my business, but Brian and everyone I encountered exceeded every expectation. Brian was very friendly, surprisingly unlike several other salespeople that I spoke with from other dealerships, and made it a point that he would do everything possible to meet our needs. He went out and located the vehicle on his lot we were looking at online and looked it over just as he would if he were shopping for one himself to ensure there was not anything physically or cosmetically wrong that would concern us once arriving. He also had the car detailed and waiting on us warm by the door when we arrived, ready for a test drive. During the purchase experience we also had the pleasure of meeting Ray, the sales manager. Both Brian and Ray were amazing and not pressuring in any way. There were no “gimmicks”, pressures, or hassles in any way whatsoever. I can honestly say if given the opportunity to purchase the same vehicle from Brian again (7 hours round trip from home) or from another dealer next to home I would make the trip to Mansfield Buick GMC without giving any consideration otherwise due to the amazing experience we had.
