When my sister and I entered the dealer ship we were immediatley greeted and helped unlike some dealerships in the past. I was first interested in a Buick Lucerne which I had previously owned in the past (which I purchased from Joyce as well) when I changed my mind several times about which car i wanted they were very patiant and not at all pushy. I ended up choosing the Buick Enclave but didn't feel pushed in that dirction (Which is important to me). When I made my final decision, they were very quick to accomidate my time schedule which was very short (I travel quite a bit for my job). So I came back everything was ready (my car and all the finance work). I felt Bruce and the women in the finance department were both informative yet efficent. Overall I was completly satisfied.
