We knew that we would be needing a different car soon but hadn't really thought about what we would get. We dealt with Joe Novak for the purchase of this car. Again, we could not have been more pleased with the service. Joe went out of his way to make sure that we had floormats that matched the car. He made an extra set of keys for us and even had another key fob made! We also have been extremely pleased with the service department personnel as they serviced our previous car. We have no complaints with anyone we've come into contact with at Joyce and will definitely continue to do business with them and recommend them to our friends. More

He was professional and paid attention to every detail. He explained all of the car features, financing proccess, and warrenty. They went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable during my visit. I was shown respect and was even treated to lunch during the wait for financing.
