I bought a brand new GMC AT4 truck (over 75K) and was told that although the truck did not have the computer chip that enables the heated and cooled seats as well as other features was not installed, It told that although the truck did not have the computer chip that enables the heated and cooled seats as well as other features was not installed, It would be available in a about 2 months and they would call me to come have it installed. That was 10 months ago. Every time I bring it up, they say "sorry, blame GMC it's their problem" What's worse is that I know for a fact they have sold truck since just like mine with chips in them. Basically they couldn't care less. More
