Stacey Cogar was the salesperson and was very responsive to my questions via phone, email and text. I am very satisfied with the friendliness and professionalism and the staff. My Salesman, Trey Cary, looked over all available options and incentives to find the exact truck my wife and I wanted. He had a great sense of humor and was very patient as we considered our options prior to making our final selection. During the process, Brian Joyce, provided a detailed overview of the GMC truck options and worked directly with Trey to locate and provide all available factory incentives prior to the final purchase. Brian even gave my wife and I a Toy GMC truck to present to our grandchildren for Christmas prior to taking final delivery of our new GMC Sierra. The only glitch in the entire process was an application error in the purchased Zurich Shield Protectant that will be corrected by the dealership when their normal installer returns. My thanks to Joyce GMC for a great truck at a fair price and I will use this dealer for future transportation needs. More

Experience on buying an Used car Our rep Stacy didn't go over throughly with our inexperience new driver if the features of the vehile. Did not know back seats laid down, didn't know there were foot controls. Felt that she as and employee selling cars she should know every the knowledge of the vehicle. She also said there was an inspection done and we found things not done! spare tire was 20 pounds instead of 60, windshield fluid was 1/2 full should have been top off, if inspection was done it was not completed! She needs trained for selling vehicles and knowing the products!! Over all she was very nice! More
