He was so personable and friendly, and did everything in his power to get us the best deal possible, while making us feel extremely comfortable during the entire purchasing process, which I have found to be very stressful in the past. There was no stress at all during this purchase. Brian and his staff were simply incredible. We came from out of town to make our purchase. Even though they close at 8:00 pm, and we couldn't make it there until 7:30, Brian and the rest of the staff readily sacrificed their evenings with their families to make sure we were well taken care of.
