We did not plan to buy a new car but were browsing and Moe brought in the Escalade! I loved it, they all worked to get a deal! When I took it home we found the DVD player was not working ( a deal breaker Moe brought in the Escalade! I loved it, they all worked to get a deal! When I took it home we found the DVD player was not working ( a deal breaker with kids) I brought it in and they fixed it no questions and made it easy with a loaner car. Kate in service was great! Patrick listened to our needs overall everyone was fantastic! We will definitely come back when ready for a new car! More

Doug Q @ Rimrock Auto was the sales person I dealt with and I couldn't have been happier. He was very personable, fair and did an outstanding job to get the truck I wanted, down to the details. My car was serviced at Rimrock GMC for a recalled part. I picked my car up yesterday. Today when I was driving my car my fuel line was not connected right after they did work on my car. The return fuel l I picked my car up yesterday. Today when I was driving my car my fuel line was not connected right after they did work on my car. The return fuel line was not connected back to the tank properly. My whole tank of gas was emptied as I drove. when my car finally stopped the remainder of gas pooled under my car. I am very thankful the gas did not catch fire from the heat of the engine or someone flicking a cigarette out the window. I called the dealership and told them what happened. I was very upset about the whole ordeal. Mitch was the manager who took my call. He was very helpful and sent a loaner car to the parking lot where my kids and I were stranded. He arranged a tow truck to pick my car up and take it back to the shop. The customer service was excellent. Mitch has been very helpful. I gave customer service and friendliness great because Mitch has great customer service skills. The quality of work got a bad because this should have never happened. More

I called Doug on the 2009 GMC pickup and went in after I got of work to look at the truck and was very pleased with the truck and started to deal with Jacob and Mitch and I took the truck for a test drive a got of work to look at the truck and was very pleased with the truck and started to deal with Jacob and Mitch and I took the truck for a test drive and was very happy with the way it drove so we went back to the dealership and made the deal and was very happy to get back into a GMC. We decided to purchase a new truck while traveling in our homestate of Montana. Luckily,we found our truck at Rimrock GMC on our first visit. Jake and Mitch were very helpful with trying to work out a deal homestate of Montana. Luckily,we found our truck at Rimrock GMC on our first visit. Jake and Mitch were very helpful with trying to work out a deal for us and expediting the changeover from our other truck. We had a hitch , wiring, runningboard and mirrors to be done. We were told it would be ready at 2:00 on Thursday and it was!! Pete was quite helpful explaining the financing and setting it up. I was disappointed, however, that he later did not return our phone calls about the title and the loan payment coupon book. Thanks to Jake we did get a phone number for us to call about our loan payment so it would not be overdue. We feel very pleased to have purchased our new truck in Montana and would definately shop again at Rimrock GMC! We love our new truck!! More
