Excellent customer service. I had been shopping for a car for awhile before making an inquiry online to Rimrock. Within minutes of my inquiry I had an appointment set up with Joseph Landry. He took his time to get to know my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle. He also assured me that he would be able to help despite my bad credit. After a little had work Joseph set me up with finance manager Charles and he went to work getting me finanaced. With Joseph and Charles working hard for me I was able to buy a 2014 Kia Forte. The car has everything I was looking for and more. It's fun to drive and exceeds my expectations. Excellent Experience This is the second recall on a vehicle that Rimrock Auto has repaired for me. In both cases the dealer who was recommended for the recall repair was This is the second recall on a vehicle that Rimrock Auto has repaired for me. In both cases the dealer who was recommended for the recall repair was uncooperative and did not follow up with calls etc. Rimrock Auto responded immediately, had the part available for the repair and while I waited in a very comfortable lounge, my car was not only repaired but also washed before it was returned to me. The customer service was excellent and I would recommend Rimrock Cadillac to anyone looking for a quality car repair service. More

signed the papers, took my money. I'm not new to Rimrock Auto, I've bought three different trucks from them. Sadly that will be the last. We came to a deal on a 2016 Sierra, however it I'm not new to Rimrock Auto, I've bought three different trucks from them. Sadly that will be the last. We came to a deal on a 2016 Sierra, however it was not on the lot. They were doing a dealer trade on the pickup. They originally told me it would be hear by the end of the week. Three days went by and they told me they no longer could get the truck that we had already purchased and made the first month's payment on. They had no proplem cashing my check before they even knew if they could get the truck. I felt like everything that came out of there mouths were lies. I went in over a week later to get my money back and they said they will mail it to me.... Really! More
