I bought a 2021 Escalade ESV. I paid full price plus a couple of extras I didn’t want. It was delivered the beginning of July by them to me in Polson. Tim who drove it pointed out a small dent in it that he said was made by a rock hitting the fender. He assured me that RimRock would reimburse me to have it fixed. I have tried and tried to get them. The will not answer my calls. I called Cadillac and they said they could not make them fix it. So I will have to pay. They just stiffed me. I would not trust them More
