Purchased a Kia Sonda from GEG Auto 2084 Big RD. in 1 /2023 I was told the Kia had passed PA inspection It had a PA inspection sticker good till 1 / 2024. Three weeks later I had to take the Sedona in 1 /2023 I was told the Kia had passed PA inspection It had a PA inspection sticker good till 1 / 2024. Three weeks later I had to take the Sedona to a Kia dealer the van had noise when driving. They found the ball joints and other parts were warn and unsafe to drive. Also had an oil leak. All this should have been fixed before the Sonda passed PA inspection. I told them the Sedona needed all this work! I was told It was my problem. I had to pay to have the work done so I was able to drive the Kia. GEG auto does not stand behind the CARS they sell I had to finally take them to small claims court to get a judgment against them in 9/2023. RVC More

June 26... Had a appointment at 930 am. To look at a Ford Fusion. Had to knock on the office door. The salesman started yelling at me say nobody's allowed in it cuz of covid-19. I was just knocking to let him know I was there for my appointment. Then like 10 minutes later he comes out with keys to the car. The car would not start. He lied told me and said the car was inspected which it was not. He had no customer service skills. Ask about a test drive he said I couldn't drive it because of covid-19. But it's okay to sit in the car and start it and check it out. Even though today were in the green. You could have told me that on the phone no test drives before I made this appointment. So I drove over 20 miles away just to get to this place that I cannot test drive no inspection and would not start. And at the end he said put a new battery in it if you want the car. If I was the owner I would have real salesman working there not some inconsiderate person when you have the appointment he can't even come out to you God only knows what he was doing in the office why was standing out for 10 minutes waiting for him and that was before I even knocked.
