Now the finance department is a different story, we arrived at 8:40am from Alabama 100% approved with $0 down, but I put $10,000 down and was told since it was Columbus Day the bank may not be open and could possibly take 24 hours before they could get their money, but if the bank is open, could take two hours or less to get everything taken care of. Two hours later nothing had been done. They told me they were on it right now and I told them they needed to hurry up or give me my money back and I would call it a wasted day, and I was told they could not give me my money back, That I could choose a different vehicle but I told them no I did not want a different vehicle and 7 1/2 hours later we were leaving the parking lot with the van. The finance department has no cares about the customer once they get that money in their hands and you sign the papers. And if they are waiting on you and someone else comes in, they put you on the back burner until they make another deal with someone else. More

I made numerous attempts to contact Gmotors to inform them that they sold me a faulty t and it has been nothing but trouble since the very first day. I made numerous attempts to contact Gmotors to inform them that they sold me a faulty truck, but they completely ignored my emails. Every time I called, they just redirected me to email the service department. Fed up with their lack of response, I took my truck to another mechanic who confirmed that Gmotors had sold me a defective vehicle. Now, I am stuck with a hefty $14,000 bill to replace the motor. I had a terrible experience with G Motors. They initially quoted me a price of $14,995 for a Nissan car and even went so far as to pull my credit at 7PM on a Friday evening. However, when I decided to secure a direct bank loan for the car the next morning, they suddenly changed their tune. As soon as they realized I wasn't going to finance through their dealership and would be paying cash instead, they quickly raised the price of the car to $15,995 online. They had the audacity to claim that the $14,995 price they quoted me the day before was a "special Friday price" that had expired. The finance guy, Imran Haq, is a total scammer. It's clear that they have no qualms about manipulating prices and taking advantage of customers. I strongly advise against letting them pull your credit unless you want to be hit with a price hike less than 12 hours later. Buyer Beware! More

Worst customer service skills I have experience while and after purchasing a vehicle. I helped my dad get van and it does not come with a spare tire or jack. Please do not buy from this dealer. I came in with a pre approved loan from my bank but Imran begged me to use a bank that he suggested because he said he could get me a lower rate. I finally agreed and he said he would deal with the financing for me. He had me electronically sign documents that I couldn’t read. Unfortunately I trusted him, and I found out after I left that he had added on 1,000$ to the price of the car behind my back and the interest rate was actually higher than my pre approval. So everything he said to my face was a lie and he got a thousand dollar bonus off of me. I realize it is my fault for trusting but they are genuinely bad people. Also my check engine light came on shortly after and come to find out, they put a battery in my car that was actually way too small for the car and it caused a ton of electrical problems. It also took almost 4 months for me to get my license plates which caused me to get pulled over with expired plates. I hope I can convince people to not buy from them especially women. They may have stolen thousands from me but at least I can sleep at night knowing that I don’t have to steal from hard working people to make a living. More

He was looking for a different vehicle for me no title and then he Found me another vehicle supposedly from a buddy in Chicago that had passed away. Well he sent me the VIN number. I looked it up and Carfax. The Carfax said that it was not from Chicago did not belong to the guy who he said it belong to he said it was an 05 it was an 02. This guy is a scam artist and a liar.
