My wife and I are senior citizens. Our 14-year-old car finally died and since we had read good reviews of the Altima, we came in to Future Nissan. I was not looking forward happily to the experience. (I finally died and since we had read good reviews of the Altima, we came in to Future Nissan. I was not looking forward happily to the experience. (If you are a mature American who has bought cars, you will understand my feelings.) It turns out I need not have been concerned. Our "price negotiation" was a low-stress, friendly conversation with their gracious and knowledgeable Andy. It was clear from Andy and the other employees I spoke with that these Future Nissan people knew customer service was more than a slogan and knew how to respect their customers. I have rarely been treated as well in any sales situation anywhere, ever. So, I recommend them. And, if you would like to be treated with gracious, old-world-style courtesy, ask for Andy! More
I love my new car! Future Nissan is an AWESOME dealership!! I can't thank my salesman Matt Rickman and the rest of the Future team enough for helping me get rid of my old car and into the new one dealership!! I went in looking for a used car, and Paul worked with me, listening to what I wanted and what I could spend, and I ended up with a NEW car! Very happy!!!! Being a woman, car shopping is not always the me, listening to what I wanted and what I could spend, and I ended up with a NEW car! Very happy!!!! Being a woman, car shopping is not always the greatest experience, but he really listened and explained things, showing me that I could afford something I thought was out of reach. I felt that I was handled in a manner that as a female who was car shopping, I didn't get talked down to or taken advantage of on price and features. Paul seemed to look out for my needs, not just "sell me the car and move on." The financing was easy, too! More
Our experience with Future Nissan was horrible because we told the sales and the manager upfront that our credit was low and they said that we could still qualify for buying a new car. After we bought the ca told the sales and the manager upfront that our credit was low and they said that we could still qualify for buying a new car. After we bought the car I receive a phone call from the finance department saying that we were denied, they said no problem we can get you the car loan. I gave them back the car the next day. I would definitely not recommend Future Nissan with anyone just because this company is not professional, and weren't honest from the beginning, and we waste so much time there. The manager stated that he has been working for the dealership for six years seems that he doesn't have any knowledge in car loans and didn't inform us with all the information from the bank. Yes I would recommend this dealership. The only disappointment I have in this dealership is the following. The overall experience was good. My disappointment is that when my grandson and I were g disappointment I have in this dealership is the following. The overall experience was good. My disappointment is that when my grandson and I were going through the process of the paperwork I kept saying to the sales person and the sales manager ( do NOT let him drive this off the lot just to find out later that you can't get financing for him and he has to bring it back to the dealership). I made that statement a number of times. So he put down his two thousand dollars. He took the truck home and 9 days later he recieved a call that he had to bring the truck back, they could NOT get financing for him. Do you know what a blow that is to a young person to have to do that. It is a very personal let down. I have never seen him so down due to this. Shame on your finance man and the sales person that sat there and told us no problem, they will make it happen. This young man saved up his money like clock work to get this truck, and you all let him down. If you can't deliver what you say you are going to do then don't say it. What happened to your word, a person's word should be like gold. I know you dealerships are taught to get it sold no matter what, I truley do not believe in lieing to make yourselfs look good. Very disappointed in you. More
While the lot salesmen are very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest, the inside of this establishment screamed of trouble. There is a severe lack of communication between representatives and harassment, sta and honest, the inside of this establishment screamed of trouble. There is a severe lack of communication between representatives and harassment, starting from the managers which trickles its way down to the customer. I overheard a "superior" severely chastising one of the reps, complete with shouting and pointing. It only lasted for a few seconds but it was noticed and noted. I'm only supposing this is not a one-time occurrence. Another grand pitfall this establishment seems to be burdened with is with "marketing strategies"; the Financial Advisor, Michael Marquez, was dishonest in his portrayal of the vehicle's reliability. For those who are unfamiliar with the financial advisement all car dealerships have customers go through: Simply put, they are pointless. They add unnecessary costs to your vehicle. The strategies financial reps use are fairly simple to understand -- "I would recommend this $2,000 insurance to my family members, so, if I'm willing to pull money out of them I'm willing to do it to you, too. But don't even worry about it, you'll have peace of mind." More
