This Dealership is wonderful. I purchased a brand new Murano from Brandin in the Internet Department 2 years ago and we just went back for a used 2008 infinty. The process was great! I had been searching Murano from Brandin in the Internet Department 2 years ago and we just went back for a used 2008 infinty. The process was great! I had been searching online for a very specific used QX56 and could not find one anywhere in the color I was searching for. I called Brandin to see if they had one, and at the that time they didn't.I had spoken to a lot of different dealerships over the past month, so I wasn't holding my breath when he told me that he was going to keep his eyes out for one for me and call me if he was able to find one. So you can imagine my surprise when he called me a two weeks later and told me that they had just purchased a 2008 QX56 in Silver with less than 20,000 miles. I had just located one in southern California and was considering flying down there to buy it, so the fact that the dealership in my backyard had found one for me was outstanding. There was no negotiating at all, the price he quoted me was quite a bit less than I was expecting to pay. Shortly after I puchased the vehicle there was a problem with the alignment and they took care of it no questions asked. It surprises me that anyone has ever had a bad experience with this dealership, I have now purchased 2 vehicles from them and have all of my service done there. The people are GREAT, very friendly and helpful. More
I have never had such a bad experience at a car dealership. The staff at Future Nissan is only concerned about making money and is very deceiving. There sales are very high pressure. I will never consider returning to this dealership it is amazing to me that they are still in business after speaking with some of my friends they told me about similar experiences they had with Future Nissan. They treat you like you are stupid. Called and offered a price on a used car they had on the lot. Went to financing to find the car was 1,500 more than what was discussed on the phone. They also offered me price on a used car they had on the lot. Went to financing to find the car was 1,500 more than what was discussed on the phone. They also offered me 1/5th of the low blue book value for my trade, wanted $4k in cash, and was trying to charge 13% interest rate, making the car payment much higher than a new car fully financed. After I refused the offer they came back after a minute and offered 9% and slightly more for my trade it. I left without making a deal. They called the next day saying there was great news, but after my initial experience, I am no longer interested in hearing what they have to say. More
Worst experience ever. Everything they said was a lie! They will even go as far as to print out false Insurances quotes. Followed me out to my car twice, almost to the point they wouldn't let me leave. Th They will even go as far as to print out false Insurances quotes. Followed me out to my car twice, almost to the point they wouldn't let me leave. These guys are the epotemy of the "Bad Sales Guy" They called me back the next day and said "hey great news: we got you a smoking deal on interest rate 8.95" That was down from the quoted 11.95, then 10.95 wow, you think maybe they could have given me that rate to begin with? Nope, why? because they are out to screw you seriously.... Stay away from them at all costs or it will cost you all! More
I agree they are complete liers all they want is the deal to be finalized then they treat you like your nothing...My husband bought a 2007 Pathinder that was used and not at all detailed inside or out,so he to be finalized then they treat you like your nothing...My husband bought a 2007 Pathinder that was used and not at all detailed inside or out,so he takes it to get detailed and all they do is wash the out side. That took 5 hrs and all they said is oh you need to schedule that detail somewhere else like in sales, so i took it in the follown day and they tell me it will only take 2 hrs when it took 6 hrs. I was so stressed didnt have daycare planned so you could only imagen how that went. We will never buy another car nor recomend eny friends or family to this place they are insane. Everyone seams to know nothing its like they are so confused i dont even think they know what year we are in. If this was a good dealer i think for 1 they should of detailed that car befor it even hit lot. Enywaise thaks god i will never lay a foot in that place... More
I have given a low rating because I feel that this dealership did not negotiate in good faith. The quote and terms I was goven over the phone were nothing like the horrible terms I was given at the d dealership did not negotiate in good faith. The quote and terms I was goven over the phone were nothing like the horrible terms I was given at the dealership. I would never return. This operation is a bait and switch. They get you in and then change the deal. I would never return. I did not buy. More
This dealership does not offer a 72 hr cool off period and does not guarantee their cars. I purchased a used vehicle from them and changed my mind on the car within 24 hrs and they attempted to charge me and does not guarantee their cars. I purchased a used vehicle from them and changed my mind on the car within 24 hrs and they attempted to charge me in excess of $1200.00 to return the vehicle after putting more than that down. They took advantage of the fact I was a young female who was inexperienced with car sales. More

Nissan Consumer Affairs Good hour to you: The following email has been sent, return reciept for the last 2 days with NO responses what so ever. Could the person who pledges to true customer satisfaction assist us in ours. EMAIL: Dear Steve Pleau, Paul Laser , and Brandon Burnsed, Future Nissan, Roseville, California: My wife and I bought a bran spankin new 06' Xterra on New Year's Eve 2006. We called the service dept. on Thursday, to scheduled an appointment for Friday 9am to install the Lo jack, another alarm and Xzilon. My wife was told to expect 5-6 hours perhaps two days because of the schedule. Later that afternoon we brought the vehicle in for the additional $4,000 + package of Alarm, Lo Jack and Xzilon installation per due bill. Barbara left early from her new job and I woke up early as I work graveyard. We brought the vehicle in when we did because we live darn near Elk Grove, and with both working opposite hours makes for a 9 am drop off most difficult. We were checked in and good to go. On 1-6 we got a message from Jim Fell telling us that the Xzilon had been applied and that we could come pick it up and reschedule an appointment for the Alarm and Lo Jack because these items were not scheduled. Instead of bringing our New Truck home on Saturday... expecting a job well done, the service department fell way short of reasonable expectations. Monday was truly a customer satisfaction melt down. Promises of "we'll make it right", "we want you to be happy" , an offer for a free detail (which is insulting, since that's what the Xzilon should've included right?) as well as getting transferred from dept. to dept. were at best false hopes and frustration for the entire day. Long Distant charges to boot! So here it is 5 days later and we finally have our truck back. Now the concern is... have we had the best service in installations and applications possible. The bottom line... We want to be happy having bought a new truck from a local business. We would love to have back that great feeling of the bran spankin new purchase. However Future Nissan has had our truck longer than we have, and that bran new feeling has been compromised. We wait for your move. I know it's not much but Mike would love the Tow Package for the Xterra. It would help to good deal to mend the disappointments and locking horns that especially took place today. In addition, we've not yet received the Xzilon Warranty information, the Retractable Cargo Cover, the Ajustable Cargo Organizer, nor the $1000.00 cash rebate, which is in addition to the 4% financing choice. Our complaint may not be as important to you as it seems to us, however, how the company handles it should be. Call us ASAP to resolve this before more time goes by. Most Sincere, Michael and Barbara Florentine More
