WENT THE "EXTRA MILE" TO SATISFY US On December 12, 2015, my wife and I simply wanted to see the new 2016 Altima that Nissan had finally released at Future Nissan, Roseville, CA. Having On December 12, 2015, my wife and I simply wanted to see the new 2016 Altima that Nissan had finally released at Future Nissan, Roseville, CA. Having planned on buying either a '15 or '16 Altima at another distant location, we simply wanted to see and test drive a new Altima. We met Dominic Lao and Dustin LeRoy. Neither one of them knew how particular my wife would be on color, model, accessories, etc. They went looking for my wife's Altima request in their stock. They did NOT have it. We were going to leave but... Dustin said "to give him a couple of days and he would find one for a REALLY LOW sales price". Two days later Dustin called and said he had the very car we wanted. We returned to FUTURE NISSAN dealership fully expecting to drive off to a competitor that also promised us a great deal. After seeing the car equipped EXACTLY as requested, we bought the car with all the incentives ultimately paying the LOWEST price compared to at least five other Nissan dealerships. They kept their promise, we are happy...the rest is history. Dustin LeRoy and Dominic Lao spent an extraordinary amount of time to put this deal together. We shared many of life's experiences learning a lot from one another.
