We have excellent credit and we had our anglo friend over to buy the same car and he has okay credit and no job. He got 1.99% APR through the car maker and a lower price for the car then came back to tell us. They also put a lot of pressure on him to buy the car. We went to Toyota and reporting this car dealer. Bad dealers and never we will never buy a Hyundai. They are not honest and will take your money. More

My spouse and I bought a new car from this dealership in 2018. When we purchased the car, we were also sold a 5 year maintenance plan that would cover all of the services for those 5 years from major routin 2018. When we purchased the car, we were also sold a 5 year maintenance plan that would cover all of the services for those 5 years from major routine service down to simple oil changes. The first time we went to get a service done they instead of using the service plan we had and were paying for, they charged us over $300. We confronted them and they said they would have finance correct it. Well it's over 5 years later and they still have not reimbursed us or provided any credit to correct the money they essentially stole from us. The service department is claiming that because the original people that worked there when it happen are no longer there, it's not their problem. Well my service records and record of my payment are with you, I don't expect the tech from 5 years ago to have that record, I expect the company and the people currently there to have it. Which they do because they literally gave us a receipt for it now in 2024. I have bank statements and even the Future Hyundai of Concord's electronic records to show they made us pay for a covered service out of pocket. More
This place will treat you horribly. They have a reputation for damaging cars during repair and not disclosing it, hoping you drive off the lot and can then blame it on you. New ownership is a joke and will not take any ownership for anything, they will tell you to kick rocks, which sucks because they used to be excellent and are riding on the coat tails of the owners that actually cared about service. We've been fighting with them for 5 years to credit us for a service that they made us pay for but should have been covered under our plan. They're now telling us "Well no one is here from 5 years ago". I've never been treated so disrespectfully, and they had the audacity to try to buy our car from us today over email. None of the people we talked to about this last year when they damaged our car and didn't tell us are here either. You read the right, they damaged our bumper while repairing our car and didn't tell us. When the shuttle driver picked me up during the repair process they told me they pick up people all the time for this issue. Don't give them your buisness, they won't care about you, and try to pull a fast one on you when they damage your car. More

Purchased a new vehicle with extra options (like window tint and third party warranty) and decided that I didn’t want the cars extra options within less than 24 hours later. Finance guy indicated the refund will happen almost right away, but it’s been almost 9 weeks and they haven’t returned the money. It felt like a pushy finance manager adding endless options to take your money and not refunding it once you decide the option was not needed. I followed up a several times and the responses have been harsh and borderline unprofessional with emails in ALL CAPS TEXT. Additionally, the timeline for the refund of our money has moved several times. I really expected better from the dealership experience and am very disappointed. I am also dissatisfied with the lack of response from the general manager and sales rep that has been included in communications but has failed to acknowledge the deficiencies in their process. More
