I have a Ford Escape, 2003 that we are handing down to a family member. The car was driven to Sacramento from the Bay Area, and upon arrival, I needed to move it to a different parking space. The next morning it started fine, but it was noted that anytime it drove at highway speeds/really got warmed up, it would require a full cool-down of 2-3hrs before it would restart. My stepdaughter told the service advisor all of this. She specifically said to the advisor that this problem only seems to happen after highway driving. The dealer had the car for 1 week, and the service advisor stated they "could not reproduce the problem". The advisor was poor at being in communication and some days did not call at all. To his credit, he always called me back after I left voicemails. The car was just picked up today (we paid only the diagnostic fee of $130), and it turns out that Ford did NOT DRIVE THE CAR as part of the diagnostic. They just started it and let it run. The mileage was exactly the same as when it was brought in for service. They did not even attempt to reproduce the conditions under which the problem happens. And they kept the car for a whole week. Now tonight, if the car is driven at home and fails to start after highway driving, I will be extremely frustrated, and may be wary of bringing it back to the dealership. I feel that the other Ford dealerships I have patronized would have definitely driven the car and I'm very surprised and disappointed that this has happened. More
Drive my truck in for a simple warranty repair job and towed it home totaled. The mechanic broad sided another car at 45 mph, totaling out the frame and front end. I had my 2002 Explorer towed to this dealership as everything was dead. I assumed I needed a battery. I had my vehicle towed Saturday at noon. Well, here it is Thursday and I have been told I need a n everything was dead. I assumed I needed a battery. I had my vehicle towed Saturday at noon. Well, here it is Thursday and I have been told I need a new battery harness, fuel filter, oil change which is my option, air filter, rear brake light assembly, upper front ball joints and replace the rear wheel bearings and an alignment. I have less than 53,000 miles on my vehicle and I purchased it brand new. So far the bill is $2,186.95 not including tax and it is still not ready for me to pick up. When I blew up at the rep, he then offered to provide me with an auto, but I have to pick it up and return it to the auto rental place. I won't be taking my vehicle to Future Ford ever again. More

I have had a great experience at future ford sac each and every time I have gone there for service. We have a Ford Fusion and have had to visit several times for service for different things. We had a liner strip on our body, an AC problem, and new tires. The service manager who helped us, Rey Reyes Jr. was fantastic. Absolutely reccomend this place!! More
Rey Reyes was the one who handled the service to my vehicle. It's good to know that there are still people out there who are willing to work hard for you and make sure all your needs are met. I have never purchased a car from Future, but I have had my cars serviced here. The service department is not a typical service department that you would find at most dealership service lanes. For example, Rey Reyes Jr, is leaps and bounds beyond any service advisor that I have ever worked with. He gives clear and accurate information when discussing the needs for your vehicle and he does it in a way that you don't feel stupid because he explains what he is talking about. Not only did Rey allow me to really feel comfortable asking him questions without the fear of being replied to in a pretentious manner, he did his job with a great smile, a wonderful sense of humor, and made me really want to come back if (not that I'm hoping my car has problems just to go see him. ha-ha), I absolutely needed to. Thank you Rey Reyes Jr and thank your Future Ford of Sacramento for having such wonderful examples of what true customer service should look like! More
