Came to purchase a specific vehicle with prearranged financing . Finance officer began initiating numerous credit inquiries without my consent , 8 to be exact . I received notice and immediately ask him to stop .I purchased a certified pre-owned - blue advantage low mileage explorer . Seven months and less than 3000 miles later, I experienced a dead battery . Positive terminal connector was badly corroded . Took car to service department to replace connector and was informed of bad battery .I have the premium extended service plan assumed the issue would be taken care of . I had to purchase a new battery , the partially corroded connector was left in place and I requested a tire rotation that was not performed. My experience with future Ford has not been favorable .
