I had to walk around to find someone to help me when i dropped my car off. No questions or offer for a ride like other dealerships (i.e.Chevy, Subaru). I took time out of my day to have a recall service. The least you could have done was wash my car. Terrible experience compared to other dealers for our other cars Hyundai, Subaru, and Chevy. I really walked away from the experience like nobody really gave a s^^#. More

I called 7/25/22 and scheduled a service appointment for two recall items on my 2014 Lincoln MKZ and set up an appointment for 8/1/22. The appointment scheduler assured me the needed parts would be in stock two recall items on my 2014 Lincoln MKZ and set up an appointment for 8/1/22. The appointment scheduler assured me the needed parts would be in stock and available for my scheduled appointment work. On 8/1/22, I checked in with the service writer, he said he would keep me advised on the work and notify me when work was done, in person and in a text message, then he called Enterprise car rental company to pick me up. I rented a car for $100.00 per day. At 4:30 pm on Aug 1st, I had not heard from Chris Buckingham, the service writer, so I called him for an update on the situation, in a casual fashion, he told me they DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS to do any of the work, NO WORK HAD BEEN DONE on my car AND CALL BACK ON WED, HE MIGHT KNOW MORE BY THEN. I am furious with this situation! IF THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS IN THE FIRST PLACE, WHY DIDN"T HE TELL ME SO AT THE TIME I WAS CHECKING IN FOR THE SERVICE WORK ... I COULD HAVE RE-SCHEDULED THE WORK FOR WHEN THE PARTS WERE THERE FOR THE NEW APPOINTMENT!! AND SAVED A BUNCH OF MONEY instead I AM SPENDING MONEY RENTING A CAR I DO NOT NEED and WAITING AROUND FOR NOTHING. This situation is an atrocious waste of my money, in addition to THE WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THERE IS A LOT TO ANSWER FOR IN THIS MAJOR SCREW UP. More
