The service department there is awful. Scheduled a recall service with them, and they said it was at no cost to me. I dropped my car off and they said it would take half a day. I called back the next day to service with them, and they said it was at no cost to me. I dropped my car off and they said it would take half a day. I called back the next day to see if it was ready and they said they didn't have the replacement part and that I would have to purchase it. They couldn't tell me how much it would cost or when they could get it because "their guy" was out until next week. Second time they've messed up a repair on my car. I'm calling around to other dealerships to have someone else perform the recall repair. I'm done with Future Ford of Sacramento. More

Super helpful and responsive. They took care of all of my needs and gave me insight on an exact picture of my vehicles health and what I could do to fix areas that were concerning. After I was told that my vehicle could use some serious repairs due to the age of it, they alleviated concerns I had regarding the cost of the repairs that it’s not totally needed and advised on the areas that they would recommend I focus on instead of just trying to sell me on the big repair cost. Would recommend these guys to everyone. Super honest and straight forward. Thank you! More

Purchased new F150 Hybrid, next day a sensor went off. Warranty work performed but the engine light went on again. Took a bit to figure out what the problem was but eventually it was fixed. The time involved was complicated due to new part being used in 2021 Hybrid and the supply chain issues. I am an older woman and appreciate being dealt with in a direct manner and not dismissed. I have owned luxury cars ie Mercedes, Audi, and your service department treated me on a more person-to-person level. I knew the car would be repaired. Just had to let the process happen. Everyone in the service department was kind and made sure I was ok. Did not feel invisible at all. Thanks Ford!!! I am impressed and feel that I will be taken care of in the future. More
