Communication was terrible. I had to reach out to ask when my car would be finished. On the day I was told it would be done, I had to reach out to find out when it would be ready only to be told there w when my car would be finished. On the day I was told it would be done, I had to reach out to find out when it would be ready only to be told there was a delay and they would need a couple more days. Work was added, along with charges, without my approval. Thankfully, I printed out my estimate with what work I approved. Will not be going back. More
