I am really happy with my experience at future ford. Justin was very helpful and gave us a great deal. Justin and his team worked hard and got us a car with a good rate and the payment where we wanted it. So I can't say one bad thing about this place. Also gave us a free tank of gas which these days is nice to not have to pay to fill up my tank :) I plan on buying another vehicle from justin as soon as we can. More
Deceitful and Dishonest! Anyone else think its strange that there's all these 5-star glowing reviews and the bad ones are buried? Ever get caught up in one of those shell games, where the guy hides a pea under a cup and mixes them all up and you have to pay to guess which one its under? Welcome to Future Ford! Can't emphasize enough how poorly my wife and I were treated and how badly I underestimated what low, underhanded snakes we were dealing with. Joe Richardson was our sales guy and the only thing I can complain about Joe was that he said I could come down and get an appraisal on my trade in in about 10-15 minutes, even though he never meant that to happen. After a test drive, we sat down with the biggest worm, Justin McClelland, who hammered us over and over to drive away with the car. After being there a few hours, my two under-two-year-old kids were falling apart. We wanted to leave but really wanted to find out what we could get for a trade in. Justin came back with less than half of what we said we would take, but said he would get us an extra $500 and knock another $500 off the sticker price. He got us close to a rate that was the max we could afford, then had us sign and initial this worksheet to give to the finance guy. But he never knocked anything off the sticker price, just gave us the old rope-a-dope by extending the months in our financing without telling us. We sat down with Shane in financing who tacked on a $199 "optional" security feature he never told us about and we never agreed to. Then he wasted an hour of our time with the kids fussing and wanting to leave trying to sell us a maintenance package. When we refused, he went and got his boss, the manager, to oversee his work. That guy who never introduced himself by name continued to hammer us about the maintenance package. He asked my wife if we could pay anything we wanted for the maintenance, what would it be. She said if it was another $5 a month, that would be reasonable, but we didn't want the extra expense. He said he thought it was very important that we had the maintenance, so he'd do it for us for $5. Actually, it was $6 and he didn't tell us that to get it for us for $6 extra a month, he just extended our financing another year so that ultimately, we paid full price for the stupid maintenance package. Extremely sneaky and unprofessional! When we looked over our copies we signed two days later, we saw all these charges and felt swindled. My wife called Shane who said that was unacceptable, and if we came down again, he would make it right. We set up an appointment and drove the 30 miles with kids in tow to the appointment, and lo and behold, Shane wasn't there. Only person was that liar Justin, who said he couldn't remember our deal, he does 30 deals a day. When I said all you need to do was get that worksheet that I had to sign so he could send it to financing, he said they don't keep those, it got shredded (then why did I have to sign it?) I told him there was no way he "forgot" our deal, that everything was too convenient for him, he got all red-faced and defensive. When I reminded him of the tales he regaled us with about his own children in order to get us to commit, he said "I don't have to listen to this--I'm done!" and stormed out. His boss then came in and gave us the worldly advice that "we shouldn't sign anything we don't know what we're signing". I explained that I signed what we originally agreed upon and that somehow that got all changed when Shane was "just finishing up the deal with our signatures". Then, all these guys that we'd never dealt with closed ranks and turned it that all this was our fault, there was nothing they could or would do for us, and that they were sorry but maybe we'd learned something. I learned that they all work together to weasle a signature, no matter how dishonest, and once they got pen to paper, everything else was conveninetly forgotten. They reduced my wife to tears and essentially called us stupid and liars for bringing their dishonesty to light. I will never return, I will recommend to anyone to avoid Future Ford at all costs, and I will unload this car as soon as I possibly can because I overpaid and was swindled by a bunch of dishonest sharks who prey on people they only view as targets. I regret that one star is as low as I can rate them. More

Frank Aoman was by far the best Sales Representative out there. He was knowledgealbe, friendly, like a guy you have known for a long time. We contacted him several times throughout the day to get information on the 2009 Ford Focus we were looking at while we were shopping around to see what else was out there. When we finally made up out mind what the best car for out daughter was (the 2009 Ford Focus) he sat with us for the 2.5 hours it took to get the deal done. Great guy, he made the experience better than it could have been. He deserves a big fat raise. More

He was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable and was very accommodating to my specific needs in a vehicle. He introduced me to the General Manager, Rod and the Fleet Director, Jim, so if I ever had any questions I could go directly to them. I felt like a commerical customer! They were all very helpful, friendly, courteous and patient. I will definitely look to them first for my next vehicle and will highly recommend them to anyone I know in the market. More
