We all want that perfect dealership, right? That one that will break their backs to get you into a vehicle, even if your bank thinks you can't afford it. Good luck, right? I, personally, think not. I recently encountered a miracle called "Sacramento Future Ford" on Madison Avenue, just off of the I-80. Not only did they bend over backward for me, they did back flips and cartwheels! I would recommend Sacramento Future Ford to absolutely anyone, who is in need of a vehicle. They really can help! I am an immigrant from Canada, with very limited credit, but a stable job and a positive lifestyle. I've only been able to work here a short while, and have no credit established, save a few of those 'build credit' credit cards. These folks not only knew what I was in the market for; something sporty, but roomy, yet good on gas - I haul computer equipment a lot, but I still want to look good doing it - but they, actually a great guy named Johnny O, also picked me up in the very vehicle they thought would fit the bill because my other vehicle decided to go the way of the Grey Goose. So I drive this beauty that they brought to pick me up in back to the dealership and the magic begins. So, I know how PR and marketing works - any way to get the customer in, right? That has always been my consensus. This is a bitter pill to swallow for me, but with Sacramento Future Ford, this is not truly the case. They not only want to bring the customer in, they want to make sure that you leave satisfied! How easy is that to find? It's not! If you are in the market for a vehicle, have limited credit or want to build credit - or even if you just want amazing beyond description customer service; Sacramento Future Ford is your best bet! As I mentioned, they picked me up, but that is not the end of the tale. I met a gentleman named Jeff Holt, a fantastic individual, who connected me with the perfect people to deal with my case; those individuals being Johnny O, the same man that picked me up - Chuck, a number crunching wizard and - Gary, a guy that will help you get your contract signed off with no hassle and no regret. These guys worked 5 1/2 hours to get this deal done, and they found a solution that fit my credit foundation. I drove away in a car I had always wanted! A 2006, cherry red, PT Cruiser - 5 speed manual, just over 52,000 miles, one owner, immaculate condition, tags, etc. Even with my limited credit foundation, these people helped me out better than the 'online' dealerships would, that's for sure! I didn't have a huge down, I didn't have to sign on for 2000% credit, I didn't have to promise to donate my kidney. I simply had to prove that I was telling the truth on paper, which, I did. I drove off that lot a very happy camper. I got a good set of wheels that look good, while being functional. I got treated like a KING; their customer service is beyond GRAND! I got the best deal for my dollar in terms of financing, and I was able to do it with very limited credit. I owe a debt of gratitude to this Future Ford! They are the only dealership I will trouble myself with as long as I live within 500 miles of them! They have my true appreciation, and I thank Jeff Holt, Johnny O, Chuck and Gary for their amazing service! Oh yeah! Their free coffee is GREAT! R.J.L. More
We bought a used Expedition on Wednesday 20 Sept 2011. Barb and Gary made our experience very pleasant. Barb went above and beyond to find us the right vehicle to satisfy our needs. Gary figured out the best finance plan to fit our payment limitations. Barb and Gary made our purchase feel like a "piece of cake." Three days later we brought in our daughter-in-law and AGAIN, Barb and Gary were there for us. James also stepped in to figure out the best car for our daughter-in-law. She was concerned about safety and cost. Barb, Gary & James really listened. My daughter-in-law also drove off the lot with the car she wanted and needed. I am so grateful to these three people. Future Ford will always be our dealer. I've been telling everyone about the great service and the choices available at Future Ford. One more thing, I bought my vehicle during the day, but that night, I noticed one of my headlights wasn't working. I was expecting resistance when I called to see if I could get the light fixed. I was amazed how pleasant and how quickly Barb and the service department responded to my request. Within an hour of calling about the problem, I had a new light. And the service dept people (Brian and Choung) were just as pleasant as Barb, Gary and James. More importantly, it was a "Sincere" willingness to help by all of them. I have had a great experience at future ford sac each and every time I have gone there for service. We have a Ford Fusion and have had to visit several times for service for different things. I have never purchased a car from Future, but I have had my cars serviced here. The service department is not a typical service department that you would find at most dealership service lanes. For example, Rey Reyes Jr, is leaps and bounds beyond any service advisor that I have ever worked with. He gives clear and accurate information when discussing the needs for your vehicle and he does it in a way that you don't feel stupid because he explains what he is talking about. Not only did Rey allow me to really feel comfortable asking him questions without the fear of being replied to in a pretentious manner, he did his job with a great smile, a wonderful sense of humor, and made me really want to come back if (not that I'm hoping my car has problems just to go see him. ha-ha), I absolutely needed to. Thank you Rey Reyes Jr and thank your Future Ford of Sacramento for having such wonderful examples of what true customer service should look like! More
