The guy who helped me was awesome!!! I was expecting to possibly leave my car overnight, but my guy probably lit a fire under someone’s butt so that didn’t happen. He also filled my tank with gas, since my issue was someone vandalized my nozzle intake. My service turned out wonderfully, unexpectedly! Thank you so much Future Ford. Also, I purchased my vehicle here almost three years ago (it had 52K miles then, now it has 102K), and this is the vehicles first incident. Love my 2011 Escape. Thanks again! More

Dishonest READ REVIEWS! Search for them on BBB too, you'll think twice. After receiving an email from Justin Dargen, the Finance Director, it was brought to READ REVIEWS! Search for them on BBB too, you'll think twice. After receiving an email from Justin Dargen, the Finance Director, it was brought to my attention that this dealership has you sign off on anticipated rates day of. This is a tactic that is used to get you behind the wheel and drive off while they find out later what you will actually be paying. I was never once made aware that the rate we agreed upon was an anticipated rate. I have never signed a contract for an anticipated rate once in my life while buying a vehicle. DO NOT SHOP HERE....there are way more honest dealerships in the area you can buy from. This company does this over and over again to everybody. Jeff Holt the Floor Manager shook my hand on an agreed monthly payment. You go into the finance department and sign contracts with the agreed payment in them. They call you days later saying your new contract is in and they need you to sign it. The payments then are increased and you're left with either keeping the vehicle or going through the hassle of returning it, of which they will charge you a restocking fee. This company will lie directly to your face. They are deceitful and crooked. If you go in to sign papers with Magdi Gendi, the Finance Manager, make sure you ask him if this is fully approved, he's the worst of all of them and will cheat you every time to get you to sign. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. More
