Broken Key Fob I called service and spoke to Chad Ison about my broken Key Fob for my F150. Because there are more than one style, he recommended I come in and let I called service and spoke to Chad Ison about my broken Key Fob for my F150. Because there are more than one style, he recommended I come in and let him see it. After speaking to him.. he indicated it was under warranty but would have to speak to his supervisor. After a short conversion with the supervisor he came back and said it was covered and if I would like to get it resolved now. My problem was resolved efficiently and professionally with no hiccups! Overall a job well done!!! More

Service Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. It also had a shutter when driving. The service work was done and the shutter problem was diagnosed and Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. It also had a shutter when driving. No surprises I was able to call the dealership and get an appointment for the very next day. I had a service light that came on two days prior to a family road tr I was able to call the dealership and get an appointment for the very next day. I had a service light that came on two days prior to a family road trip. Not only did they do the service necessary, they looked over my entire vehicle for no additional charge. Awesome! More
