On a different day (other than service)-I made an “appointment” to see Tristan who handed me off to another guy (David?), to take a look at end of the lease options and upgrades. My expectations were NOT met as my appointment was not honored by the individual who kept in contact with me to even make the appointment. The 2nd gentleman who I was handed off to was more concerned about sharing the fact that he is retiring that, at this point, I am not interested in continuing business with ford. He couldn’t answer any questions I asked directly and kept spitting “facts” from something I could have googled myself or seen in a promotional commercial. More

Worth It I drive 1 hour from my home, 1 way to have my car taken care of by this dealership. It’s absolutely worth it, everyone is so kind, understanding, and I drive 1 hour from my home, 1 way to have my car taken care of by this dealership. It’s absolutely worth it, everyone is so kind, understanding, and they really make sure they do everything they can for you. Very welcoming staff from both the service department & the sales department when I’m cruising the lot while I wait. I want to especially thank Brandon, Joshua, and Carlos in the service department, and Aaron one of the Ford technicians for all the help they have given me each time I take my car in! I will continue to go here, and when I’m ready to upgrade my vehicle, it will be here too! Thanks for everything. More
Truck repair I bought my 2013 F150, new at this dealership and have continued to use them for regular maintenance. They have always been very efficient getting us in and out and providing advice and repair under the warranty (and at the lowest cost when not under the warranty). Im now at the end of my extended warranty. Service manager Stephen Bowles had been extremely helpful in getting the truck in and out, couple of different times, pretty much at my convenience even to the point of arranging a rental when a new part was on order. Then, upon finding an additional problem (failed turbo) Stephen determined how to get the truck back to us for use, for the days it took for the part to come in. He is polite, thorough, and personable. I have his cell number and he welcomes calls any time. Certainly above and beyond for a dealership and a service manager. I will continue to patronize this business. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that they have never been able to fix my squealing brakes (backing up)!! Is this something with 2013 F150s? More
The truck service center I took my 2012 F350 in for some work to be done and was told it would take a few days because of the extent of the work that needed to be done. So the day after I took the truck in I got a call from Nick Steele, he informed me of some things and we proceeded. I have never had a dealer/service center call me on a daily basis just to give me a run down of what they have completed and what still needs to be done. Nick is always right on top of it every time I have worked with him. I had told him we will be moving in another year, so he thought I wouldn't be back. I told him finding a excellent service center is like finding a doctor you like. Once you have a great service representative and service center you never change them. I said I will make the 1 hr each way drive just to know that I will always have excellent work and customer service there. More
They asked me to do this I went in for an oil change and it was completed satisfactorily. I also had the front brakes and rotors fixed as it was kinda "slow in their shop." Predatory tactics by the entire team This is by far the worst car buying experience and worst customer service experience I have ever endured. I spent a considerable amount of time coord This is by far the worst car buying experience and worst customer service experience I have ever endured. I spent a considerable amount of time coordinating with Brian Deleon in testing driving a 2018 Ford Expedition XLT prior to my test drive. I met with both Brian and Jacob to test the drive vehicle and felt comfortable with the process and the drive itself. I clearly stated to the Sacramento Ford team I was only on site to test drive the Expedition since I had scheduled multiple test drives with other dealerships that same day. It wasn't until I returned when the 'shark' type closing process began. After CLEARLY stating to both Bryan and Brian Deleon I was there to NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE that day, I was then turned over to the Sales Manager 'Bryan.' It was at this time I was talked down to by Bryan and 'forceful' tactics in buying a car that day before I walked out of the store. He kept forcing the issue of financing with Ford despite the fact that I was going to pay in full cash for the vehicle. He refused to actively listen to my concerns and priorities of the day despite after multiple attempts of informing him I was there not to purchase. It got so bad that at one point I stood up and informed him what he was doing was not in the best interest for me and my family and that he should re-examine his 'assertive' tactics and approach in treating customers the right way. As a loyal USAA member and US Veteran I was appalled by the tactics employed by Brian Deleon, Bryan, and the rest of the Sacramento Future Ford team for their predatory tactics. I have informed USAA and True Car of my horrible experience while at Future Ford and have vehemently recommended that USAA remove any existing formal 'Certified Dealership' recognition and/or partnerships with this dealer. For any potential customer, veteran, or active duty personnel looking to purchase a car I cannot emphasize how horrendous the car buying process was at this place. BLUF: stay away from this team and take your business to other dealerships where they treat you with the utmost respect and as a valued customer. You won't find any of this here. More
