When I bought this vehicle new the window sticker said AUTOMATIC transmission not some cummings whatever.For the dual clutch to go out after only 81000 miles which an automatic wouldnt have is rediculous.And then charge me over 1700 labor on a 586 part is even worse.And on top of that Ford is suppose to have an extended powertrain warranty on 2016 Ford Focuses which they will not honor. to top it off this morning I got an email that I have an oil leakage that I have to pay 180.00 dollars. they did not mention this when I picked up the vehicle. It is probably something they did because nobody has ever said anything when IVE HAD OIL CHANGES AND THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING WHEN I BROUGHT IN FOR A FACTORY RECALL. copy of this letter is going to Ford Motor Company More
