They have the worst managers I went to ford after calling them about a used car which I already told them my budget over the phone and their response was come down and we’ll work I went to ford after calling them about a used car which I already told them my budget over the phone and their response was come down and we’ll work with you and then I repeated my budget I was greeted with one of them and was one of the salesman who talked to me, he said you know this is a very expensive car and can’t give the rate you are asking so I reminded him about what we talked about my budget so he then called another xxxxing manager which he said I’m wasting his time so he wants more than he was asking online anyway be aware of these scammers because all they want is drag you there and waste your time and don’t go to future ford of Sacramento . They will not return your down payment and tell you it is your responsibility to get confirmation of the check being cashed and they will mail the deposit back. So now you have no money to pay you current car payment. Worst scam ever. Most people will just pay but for those who trusted this is horrible. More

Shocked!! I brought in my newly purchased used 1998 F150 XLT 4x4 for an inspection an an oil change service. Original cost was estimated at $385. I got a call f I brought in my newly purchased used 1998 F150 XLT 4x4 for an inspection an an oil change service. Original cost was estimated at $385. I got a call from my service advisor Andy and he informed me that there where some issues that came up as failed and needed to be repaired. I asked him how long could I wait on the repairs and he replied "I wouldn't recommend it" and since the truck is driven by my wife with our son to his school and back plus any local shopping that was needed I felt I couldn't wait and the new bill was going to be over $2,000!! I turns out that the brakes issued wasn't fixed and there would be an additional $700? And I had to ask them to cut the extra car keys I brought in for free at that point instead of a cost of $175 to cut 2 keys and program the 2 alarms as well. I got an "I will do it as a something, like it was going to hurt their business in doing so? Unbelievable! Needless to say I talked to the Service Manager Tim to get a clear picture of the issues and they did fix the brake issue, cut the 2 keys, but couldn't link the remotes to the alarm system as apparently that also has a repair issue there? I've completely lost trust in their service department, what was going to be in and out in one day ended up being 7 days. Not acceptable due to the poor communication skills and the overall costs the dealership charges, while Tim their Service Manager did work with us to cut down the price some it still cost me $1500 for an Oil & Filter change, 2 keys cut and a valve replacement in the brake system. Just insane in my opinion. More

My service rep. was great. Really impressed with my rep. Also thought the LYFT service was a real plus. My only complaint was the car was not washed or cleaned. Sales person was great , the Finance manager Jessie horrible When we made the deal for the F150 it was for $30,489.00 I specifically told the Finance manager that I would not be making a high payment even if it When we made the deal for the F150 it was for $30,489.00 I specifically told the Finance manager that I would not be making a high payment even if it meant getting a cheaper vehicle or not buying anything at all. Jessie continued to press the Extended Warranty and GAP no matter what even quoting his " kids college fund" I have since put in writing to cancel the service plan and Ext Warranty. Jessie will not return any calls (3) , he is so hung up on his commission and cramming that warranty down my throat at all costs. I made a mistake driving to Sacramento buying an internet special. What I saved on the vehicle Jessie want to make up all in one swoop on the extras , when we told him no he got all upset and yelled " You need this on that truck and now is the time to do " I told him we could get it later but quickly argues if not now when and storms out of the office then comes back and prints it up anyway. Like I will force you or keep you here late night. We finally just signed it, tired of arguing with the guy. I wish I would have taped the conversation. You could see what an xxx he is. I'm sure he will deny it. BBB and Ford Corp is next , tell Jessie this is for you, your college fund & being a jerk and the " I will sell you this no matter what mentality " xx tactics More
