I have purchased several, several cars/trucks from this dealership and this has come to a close.. Ashish is a wonderful salesperson who makes up numbers in his head but is unable to maintain those numbers dealership and this has come to a close.. Ashish is a wonderful salesperson who makes up numbers in his head but is unable to maintain those numbers through the sale... his manager/boss/ Bryce drove the price up several thousand dollars from the numbers Ash had given me... but then I figure that was because I had been in there looking at trucks before and Bryce thought that since I could have purchased the truck... I owed him something for his time for both visits... Rod Collins cosigned the deal... Bryce told me that Rod had actually drawn up the deal... I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and if they feel good about taking advantage of a return customer I can only guess what they do to someone they have no history with... Beware of questionable sales tactics at this dealership!! More
I would like to give a shout out to the finance manager and the sales team. They are wonderful liars. I gave them another chance to earn my business as last time they had purposely sold me a lemon car. It and the sales team. They are wonderful liars. I gave them another chance to earn my business as last time they had purposely sold me a lemon car. It was a brand new car that stopped in the middle of the road and spent half the time at the service center. This time, they said they got me an affordable monthly payment. I had a huge amount of down payment, so it made sense. I was very hesitant. They said they want to make things right and they brought me in to meet them after making promises over text and on the phone. When I got there, William gave me completely different numbers. He said the only way it works is if I double my down payment and monthly payment and the number he gave me over the phone was a lie. He yelled at me and shouted the entire time I was walking out the door while the salesman just sat there. I was so humiliated and shamed. If you want to sell people lemon vehicles, and lie to them and lure them, fine. But treating someone so horribly, badgering and yelling? It's my fault I let you. More
ZERO STARS! BAD EXPERIENCE. BUYERS BEWARE. SCAM! Its been 9 Days since I purchased this Certified 2019 Ford Fusion with 30k miles. After two days of ownership I finally got an extended usb cable to Its been 9 Days since I purchased this Certified 2019 Ford Fusion with 30k miles. After two days of ownership I finally got an extended usb cable to charge my phone in car. To my surprise NONE of the USB PORTS are WORKED and this is Certified Vehicle! I even purchased 2 other varieties of charging cables with no luck. This concerned me so I started investigating further and noticed the Front Collision Alert was not working although it was set to high, if somebody crossed the road in front of me abruptly the thing would remain silent while in any other Fusions I test drove it worked very well and immediately. Then I noticed the car was throwing an Error that Front Camera isn’t available at the moment. I also noticed a very Jerky shift from 1st into 2nd gear and at times 2nd to third gear. So I decided to take it in after 3 days of owning it back to the dealers service department to address these concerns. Well the service department discovered that Usb hub was broken and needed replacing which they fixed. Surprise surprise as certified cars should have that stuff working from the get go. They were not able to Fix the jerkiness in gear shifts or the front camera from going out in high heat and said these were know issues they didn’t have fixes for at the moment. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed some new paint chips, dents, scratches that had not been there prior to dropping the car off. The paint only had a few chips on the roof but no scratches or chips on the sides of vehicle. I didn’t make a big deal of it although I am super picky about the paint looking clean, the car was pretty dusty so I decided to examine once more after I wash it. I parked the vehicle in my single car garage I only have access too and the car didn’t move until Tuesday 7/22 when I decided to give it a non-pressurized foam wash with top of the line car paint care products which I spent over $400 on. While washing the vehicle I noticed the Chenille Microfiber Wash Mitt would get stuck in some sections of body panels that had bigger than normal gaps in them. I noticed around the rear logo emblem on trunk, the bottom trunk piece holding the rear-view camera was flaring out and looked like clips holding held it no more. You could push it back into place to look straight but that wouldn’t hold as there was nothing to clamp onto in the rear. I noticed rear bumper driver side was loose and a slight touch would make it move quite far in which was not the case on other side. That same driver side rear bumper trim around the exhaust was not aligned with the body and the hooks were coming out from the rear bumper panel. When I opened the trunk (first time I did as vehicle is certified and usually any certified vehicle I had bought was in pristine condition) I noticed broken glass shards everywhere as well as no tools being present to change out the spare tire in case of Emergency. Again, keep in mind this is certified. What was even worse was the puddle of water underneath the spare tire. Felt the carpet cover on top and it was dry so my assumption was that the trunk is leaking from somewhere else which worried me that this vehicle might have been in a rear collision. On top of all of that during the gentle wash the rear fusion titanium emblem trim started falling off, letter by letter. I was in the middle of drying the car when it started happening so the first letter that fell off, fell in my cloth and it being so tiny I didn’t notice and continued wiping which caused some more scratches to the paint. After picking up the vehicle from service department interior of my car center dash console had a bunch of glue residue on quite a few spots. The gear shift was not properly aligned and there was a gap that will let in any dust dirt debris. The exterior had gained a new dent on driver’s front door underneath handle, a pain chip on drivers side passenger door and a few other scratches around the body that were not present before I brought the car in. To top it all off, once the car was clean, I noticed white paint splatter on the passenger side lower body going from the front tire across the doors and side moldings all the way to rear passenger tire. Paint is dry and could not be washed off without using excessive force to scratch it off. This was not present when I dropped off the vehicle to the service department and the evening that I picked it up it went straight to my garage which is 0.3 miles from the dealer so I assume something got spilled there or they ran through it over the course of the 6 miles when they test drove it. Definitely a disappointed, unhappy, stressed out customer at this point dealing with amateur hour xxxxxxxxx that could be avoided all together if Future Ford of Sacramento Madison Ave would get their xxxx together. Will keep you all updated on how the dealership handles this situation and what they will do to fix this problem and make me a happy and satisfied customer. More
PLEASE Don't buy a car I there. They do a dealer markup. You can go anywhere else that doesn't do dealer mark up and say 5000 or more dollar. September 2019 I bought a car there. Be sure to check out the car very good before you sign papers and take possession! They ripped up my original due bill at the end and had me sign a new one excepting it as is for a brand new Mustang Bulli papers and take possession! They ripped up my original due bill at the end and had me sign a new one excepting it as is for a brand new Mustang Bullitt. I went back to them the following afternoon after taking it to the detail shop and finding out the clear coat was ruined. They told me I bought the car as is and they wouldn’t do anything else for me. After threatening to sue them they decided to let me return the car for a full refund. That’s tells me they knew they were selling me a damaged car. They are very pushy and adamant about selling extra warranty and service plans so they can boost their profits!!!! The plan started out at 9k dollars and we negotiated down to 2.5k I think for the extended warranty. Stay away from any future dealership they are very dishonest and shady! The next day after returning the car they claimed a part was missing from inside the trunk and Blake the sales manager texted me calling me a lair and a thief. They looked over the car when I dropped it off and nothing was missing. Magen gets 5-Stars for her great service as a sales lady. The rest of them are scam artists and get zero! Justin did do the right thing after talking with his boss and came up with three options, (1) I keep the car and he would send it to his body shop, (2) I pick a new car out off the lot, (3) We unwind the deal and I take my trade. I ended up taking my Civic SI back. I wasn’t going to leave a review until I got a nasty text from Blake calling me a lair and a thief. I ended up out of pocket $125 to pay the detail guy to wash the new Mustang and cut and buff half of the hood. Lesson learned!! More

Awesome Team Work I went looking for a vehicle thinking I hate the process of buying a car, but the sales reps at Future Ford changed my mind. I would like to take this I went looking for a vehicle thinking I hate the process of buying a car, but the sales reps at Future Ford changed my mind. I would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to Megan McKenna, Blake Paulson, and Matt Torres, you guys ROCK!! Their service was 5-Star all the way. Blake and Megan were outstanding, they helped me get the deal of a lifetime for my 2018 Ford Fusion. Without that extra mile that Blake ran for me, I would still be looking for a vehicle. Megan was so patient, considered, and understanding with me, she is the best sales rep I have encountered in a long time at a car dealership. Then to finish the deal, Matt made the process completely stress free and he entertained us with funny stories and a great conversation. I would definitely recommend Future Ford Sacramento to my friends and family. More

I could not be more disappointed with the product this dealership sold me. A complete rip-off! I paid cash $24,000 for 2014 F150. It has been an absolute nightmare ever since. Every month in the shop. In dealership sold me. A complete rip-off! I paid cash $24,000 for 2014 F150. It has been an absolute nightmare ever since. Every month in the shop. In addition their Finance departments owe me a warranty, which covers apparently very little. I have continual out of cost repairs that don't seem to fix the problem. This last week I spent $1,800 to get the check engine light off so I can register it in December. The supposed repair lasted less than 24 hours. Do not shop here,do not buy your new vehicle here, and I cannot recommend the service department either. I am a frustrated incredibly unsatisfied customer More
