My experience buying a 2018 F-150 last month was painless, if a bit long due to staffing issues. My only complaint: had a 7 am service appointment. 31 hours later it had not even been looked at by a service tech. Not sure the reason for the appointment and being there before 7 am if they were not going to look at it until the next afternoon. I will be curious as to how long this will actually take. Perhaps they can explain to me the theory about making an appointment so nothing happens for at least 31 hours... More
First off, I bought my 2020 Ford Ecosport here in October 2020 and since late February the radio screen has been failing and i took it into the Quick Lane in early May because the radio screen had gone black 2020 and since late February the radio screen has been failing and i took it into the Quick Lane in early May because the radio screen had gone black permanently. The employee helping me is John Griffith and he left me a voicemail on May 7th telling me they know what is wrong and what part was needed to fix it. The part would take 7 business days to arrive. I called the next week with no answer and figured with COVID they are backed up and busy, that is fine, I understand that completely. I have been patient through this whole process. The second week i called and spoke to someone because John was off, they told me the order was in and I said okay I understand and was thankful for the information and update. The third week I spoke to John on Thursday (May 27) he told me he would check on it and call me by the end of the day. He never did. I was patient and waited 1 whole week for a response and called back myself yesterday (6/4) where I spoke to someone else because John was busy, they asked John for me and he said my order was lost and i need to bring in my car so they can scan a code and restart the order. This is where I became frustrated with this failure of customer service. I work Friday through Monday so i wont be able to bring my car in until Tuesday (6/8). Had I gotten the call back like John said he would do I could have brought it in happily earlier this week. now a possible 4 to 5 week process will be more than 6 weeks! So much for it being called Quick Lane! I called today (6/5) and spoke to a manager and when he looked it up he said the order was still in the computer. I guess me talking to the manager like some Karen was important enough for John to finally call me back and the only thing he offered was to put me in a different ecosport with a working radio while I waited for mine to be done. The broken radio isn't the issue and he never apologized for not calling me back on Thursday and extending out this whole process. I am NOT happy with my 2020 ecosport that I have only had a working radio screen for 7 out the 8 months I've owned it brand new and I am NOT happy with my customer service in the service department. I have had a car from this dealer for the past 7-8 years and this is the worst service I have ever had here. More

The finance manager recommended that I sign the papers first then he would fill them out and deliver them to me in the parking lot while they teach me how to operate some remote ignition accessories of the vehicle and thus save time because I had to leave. I accepted because the man inspired me with confidence then after a while the type of financing arrives and he hands me the contract for the finished car outside and I am happy I do not look confidently in the person of the dealer because we had reached an agreement for the price and everything was agreed Excited about the new car, I left without looking at the contract after a few months idle, I started to fix some personal documents and I looked at the car contract and ho, surprise, the type of financing in the complicity of the dealer had given me guarantees and covers that I never asked to buy. I did not authorize because the car was a basic model for an amount of 5000 dollars, I was looking to save money and these criminals charged me the amount without my authorization then I returned to claim the charge which the guy apologized and said he did not know how it happened I blame the computer that always happened I did not worry and promised to return the entire amount charged that everything had been a mistake and I signed a paper which would initiate a claim and in two months 8 weeks they gave me the credit to the account then three months passed and he did not call me and I started calling him but only twice he answered me then he never wanted to show his face again and he hid and He did not respond to the calls, they spent several more months waiting for a solution and they just played dumb and turned me around and around I went personally to claim him on several occasions and he hid, he sent to say that he does not work today and so then he asked to speak to a manager but only clowns They work in that circus where everyone says they are managers and they never solve anything for you, they only waste your time so that you get bored, go away and stop claiming, which one day I went directly to the office to complain and we almost got to fight for the lack of respect that they give you with their disrespectful treatment in the end they only returned 3500 dollars arguing that it had been almost a year and that I had signed a contract I explained how it happened but still He was left with 1500 dollars which he accepted so as not to waste time and all the bad times that he was going through .... being such a big dealer I do not understand how they resort to scamming people xxxx cheap criminals I will never return there and put reference where you can so that they avoid buying in that place and the ford should take away the franchise because it makes them a bad name for scammers More

I have Bumper to Bumper extended warranty for 6 years 100.000 miles and the charged me $783 saying it is not covered. Plus the sent me the pre-estimate of 244.69. Don't expect their service department to get it done the first time. I special ordered rims and tires when I purchased the truck. I was notified a week later to come in for installation. I returned for pickup to find they installed used tires and rims, and had put 55 miles on my truck. Another trip to get the correct tires and rims. And another trip to install the tire pressure sensors they failed to install. After several emails requesting me to schedule an appointment for a recall camera, I reluctantly scheduled an appointment and dropped off the truck. Then I got a call informing me they didn't have the part and would need my truck for another day. I refused, picked up my truck and am looking for a competent dealership. More
