If I only had 2 words to describe my experience working with the team at Future Ford, it would be SIMPLY AMAZING. I had a phenomenal experience. It was a "no pressure," relaxing environment and all staff were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My sales person Karen Baker was exceptional. She was very nice, easy to work with and facilitated the buying process with the utmost professionalism and excellent customer service. The Sales Manager, Garren Gonzales and Finance Manager, Matt Torres were absolute rock stars and really went out of their way to get me the best deal possible on my trade and with my new vehicle. If you are tired of the old school Car Dealership practices of pressure sales, money hungry motivation and anxiety inducing atmosphere, then Future Ford is a huge breath of fresh air. They got a new life-long customer in me and I will recommend all my friends and family there. Thank you again to all the incredible people at Future Ford who took great care of me and put a huge smile on my face through the whole process. You are THE BEST and can't thank you enough. More

Based on the last visit with the service department, they could not explain how the warranty would work for the application of the Cilajet to the truck? What is a failure of the coating? The finance departm could not explain how the warranty would work for the application of the Cilajet to the truck? What is a failure of the coating? The finance department sold it, but this is what it can do and what it can’t do? Wouldn’t of purchase the product system, based on what I know now. They got their money but never again! More

Future Ford has had my vehicle for 2 weeks. it has not been diagnosed. i finally called for them to tell me that i have to buy a battery before they could diagnose the vehicle. they never called me. i too been diagnosed. i finally called for them to tell me that i have to buy a battery before they could diagnose the vehicle. they never called me. i took the car in for recall work and another potential recall issue. in two weeks i got zero calls. in the sales department, Future Ford promised but never delivered a parenkey for this vehicle which i purchased from them. i gave up after three months. the sales department has called me 6 times over the last two weeks to try to purchase the vehicle but the service department has not yet called. avoid these guys. the service is awful! they just want to scam you and get you in the door so they can use high pressure sales tactics More

They took the money, did absolutely nothing and yelled at me when I brought this question up. I brought my hybrid for an oil change. Also I ordered ALL FLUIDS to be checked and refilled. Nick Dahlman, a service representative, told me that it’ll take a couple hours but actually it took over 6 hours. When I received my car I checked if the fluids are at OK level and...you know what?...reservoirs were dry! The antifreeze was lower than min level!!! (The same way it was when I gave my car for service). I started complaining but Nick was nowhere to be found and no other rep was willing to work with me ! I waited for an hour to get to talk to him! When I asked again if ALL FLUIDS were added he confirmed twice that YES and showed me paperwork. Then I pointed to the level in reservoir...He said:”Just drive it for an hour and it will rise!” ..seriously?! I said that I want to get the job done as it’s not safe and who will be responsible if my pumps break afterwards ? Asked for a tech..another hour...he poured something..then he understood that it’s a wrong liquid..went to get a new one..poured something else to previous liquid(different color)!!! Finally I asked for manager! Manager came over. I asked why do I have to face these issues,why people lie and neglect their work?!?! He yelled with attitude :”What can I do? What do you want from me now? You got your fluid! Goodbye!” Overall horrible service! I do not recommend this place to anyone. They get the money- don’t do anything- then yell at you if you point out the mistake! I hope the supervisor will take this review in consideration! More
