There was a mistake in my address, which I didn't write because I showed it to the sales representative, and when I told the financial person that there was a mistake he started talking back to me and tell because I showed it to the sales representative, and when I told the financial person that there was a mistake he started talking back to me and telling me that he just transferred what he had on the application. I told him that I didn't write it and try to explained but he kept complaining for something that took him 5 minutes.
