Came to purchase a specific vehicle with prearranged financing . Finance officer began initiating numerous credit inquiries without my consent , 8 to be exact . I received notice and immediately ask him to stop .I purchased a certified pre-owned - blue advantage low mileage explorer . Seven months and less than 3000 miles later, I experienced a dead battery . Positive terminal connector was badly corroded . Took car to service department to replace connector and was informed of bad battery .I have the premium extended service plan assumed the issue would be taken care of . I had to purchase a new battery , the partially corroded connector was left in place and I requested a tire rotation that was not performed. My experience with future Ford has not been favorable . Horrible buying experience. In fact the absolute worst. From the moment I arrived to pick up my pre ordered Bronco, after waiting over 9 months with 3 delays added, I was told there was a $10,000 dealer From the moment I arrived to pick up my pre ordered Bronco, after waiting over 9 months with 3 delays added, I was told there was a $10,000 dealer mark up on my MSRP which I was also told by ford would be honored. Many other dealerships I could have selected stated in writing there would be no mark up if I selected them. However, trying to support local business I used Future Ford. Only to be forced to cancel my order or pay the dealership mark up. Don’t use Future Ford, worst buying experience ever. More

Lauren was very helpful in our process of buying our 2021 Ford Escape. Also, her boss William was helpful as well. Anthony in finance was patient and helpful with answering all the additional questions we had. Also, I had to come back to correct an error I had made with our check. When I did so, I needed more help figuring out some features of my new car. Kevin from sales helped me with that. And there was another guy from sales that helped us the day before as well. All in all, everyone we came in contact with at Future Ford were very helpful, patient and kind. I believe in the future we will be back. Just maybe not for awhile as we really like the Escape we bought! We hope to drive it for many years to come!! More
