Kevin made the imposition of having to leave my car at Future Ford for several days bearable. He provided transportation from Future Ford to my home in Natomas when my wife brought in my car and then prov Future Ford for several days bearable. Kevin explained the reason for the engine replacement and kept me in the loop as progress was made. After the engine replacement he had my car detailed. My car looks better than it has in a long time. My wife and I both drive Fords and have for several decades. Kevin has been our "go to guy" ever since we moved to Sacramento in 2018. We know Kevin will explain any problems with our cars and we are confident he will advise us of our options. We have always followed his advice because of the trust he has built with us. More
