My experience with Future Ford of Sacramento is wonderful. They took my vehicle in for an oil change and my vehicle is old they found a few minor problems that were not urgent. Overall the dealership experience was OK our sales guy Nate was awesome but when it came to the finance part of it the sales manager Blake was very very rude to us as customers he yelled at us in front of Nate was awesome but when it came to the finance part of it the sales manager Blake was very very rude to us as customers he yelled at us in front of the whole sales floor I do not wish to work with this dealership neither do I wish to work with him again and in fact I don’t think he deserves to work with people for his customer service skills they are very very poor I will not be coming back to his dealership to buy another car I bought two vehicles from here within a week time and I got treated very badly More

The service department was fine. They always do a good job. What I didn’t like was getting multiple calla while I waited from Ford to buy my car. If I wanted to sell it, I would contact them!
