Won't stand by their warranty So the F-150 I purchased last year already has an interesting problem: the windshield wipers won't turn off. I called the service center here, you know, because this is where I bought my truck from, and I asked if it would be covered under warranty, and Shawn looks up my coverage and reassured me that it was. So I brought the truck in within 15 minutes. I bring it in and speak with him again, and he confirms that I have the premium warranty so on the paperwork reduced my diagnostic deductible to $100, and assured me that it should be covered under the warranty. While waiting for 2 hours in the dealership, I Google information about my problem, and apparently it's common, and requires a new multifunction switch which is about $40 online and takes 30 minutes to replace. Finally he comes to me starting he has good and bad news. Good news is that the part is in stock, bad news that it's NOT covered under my warranty. So, they ended up charging me the $100, and sent me on my way for me to fix it myself. They gave me a chopped photocopy of the part with the price - $120, with the repair being a total of $290. They are service extortionists, and would not recommend anybody to take any vehicle there, nor to allow them to con you into buying into their premium warranty programs. More

Damien worked some incredible magic and got us an amazing deal. You expect people to be nice to you when you're spending this much money at their business but All the folks we dealt with (Damien, Robert, AJ) went over and above nice. They were fantastic and made the whole process easy and painless. We are no strangers to car lots or car purchases and we can say without a doubt this was the best buying experience we have ever had. xxxx you Damien, I only came to look but thank you for making our dream truck wishes come true. This dealership will lie to you after they have completed the of a vehicle to you. We purchased a used Ford F150 FX4 from this dealership June 27, 2018. It was guaranteed to us that this vehicle was in perfect working condition and that all components had be checked out and working properly. This is not the case not only do they not completely check out their vehicles (as when I called and talked to a manager it was stated that only certified vehicles get completely worked over) but was told the only thing that was done was to check for leaks and an oil change. This is an issue as one week after we had the vehicle this started failing. These involve an electrical short that cause the vehicle to unexpectedly die (which almost cause us to get hit by an 18 wheeler), an air conditioner that has not worked correctly from day 1 and now blows cold air out one side and hot air out the other, a seat heated that has not worked since day 1, a leak that they say isn’t there but miraculously there are water stains, other electronic controls that have not worked properly. What is even more abdominal is the way their management team treats its customers. Mr. Bill Walsh, general manager and supposedly part owner of Future Ford needs to go back to school for customer service. Not only did he insult me and my wife over our financial situations, but also lies when saying they will fix all issues listed above and then wants to present you with an estimate and invoice for the repairs. If you want to be belittled and insulted by an unprofessional management group than by all means go to Future Ford for your purchase. Otherwise, there are many other Ford dealerships in the Sacramento area that will appreciate their customers, not mislead and lie to them and keep to their word unlike Mr. Walsh who hides behind a phone and wont even deal with a customer face to face (yes I asked more than one time for a face to face meeting to resolve the issue).
