Brought in my brand new eco-sport, brakes squeak very loud. Employee told me that some new cars brakes just squeak! We were ready to buy his dream truck if we could find the right one with the options he wanted, at the right price, and the year end special financing. I met Alex at Future Ford Roseville on January 2nd, and he was fabulous! I let Alex know the F-150 trim and packages I was interested in looking at.for my husband, and he showed me some of the trucks available on the lot so I could relay to my husband. Some salesmen would be discouraged by the wife doing the research, but not Alex, even when he was called away to assist another client. Jesse assisted me with looking at a couple used trucks, but I knew we would be dealing with Alex. After I left the lot, Alex sent me links to trucks I had seen earlier, and we returned to FFR a couple hours later for my husband to test drive and make his final choice. Once again, Alex did a great job. He new the products we were interested in, was patient and not pushy, and with the help of other FFR staff, the dream truck was found - the right truck at the right price just in time for the year end special financing. Alex made the trip down to Concord, and brought back our truck for delivery. David I financing was very helpful and informative, and made closing and signing stress free. Matt Rocks! All of a sudden, we lost power in our F150 and had no steering ability! We first called one Ford service department closest to us and were just told t All of a sudden, we lost power in our F150 and had no steering ability! We first called one Ford service department closest to us and were just told to replace the battery and all would be fine. Sorry, but I don't mess around when it comes to steering. SO, we called Future Ford of Roseville, and Matt in the Service Dept. listened about the problem and advised us to get the vehicle in right away, which we did. They conducted a thorough check of all of the systems to especially determine if there was anything in particular draining the battery. Here's the bottom line: Matt was thorough, efficient, stayed in communication with us, the necessary repairs were made, AND the vehicle was delivered back to us when promised. Now, I feel that the vehicle is safe to drive once again. Very impressive. We'll be back at Future Ford of Roseville again! See you later, Matt! More
